Welcome to Nuklehed. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nuklehed website, www.nuklehed.com (the “Site”), including purchases made through the Site.
Throughout these Terms, “Nuklehed,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Strictly T’s Inc, doing business as Nuklehed.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, interfere with, or impair the Site or another person’s use of it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, customer accounts, computer systems, networks, or other services associated with Nuklehed.
We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, cancel orders, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect Nuklehed, our customers, or our Site.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We do our best to accurately display and describe our apparel, accessories, merchandise, colors, sizing, and other products.
However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, monitor, manufacturing process, garment dye lot, or other factors.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, discontinue, limit, or replace products at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased by any customer or household.
3. PRICING
All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information are accurate. However, typographical, technical, or pricing errors may occasionally occur.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price or contains materially incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue the appropriate refund.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, payment issues, unauthorized resale activity, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund as appropriate.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing an order.
5. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount, including taxes, shipping, and other charges disclosed during checkout.
Nuklehed may use third-party payment processors to securely process transactions. Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will generally be displayed during checkout or elsewhere on the Site.
Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become unable to ship your merchandise within an applicable promised shipping period, we will handle the delay, cancellation options, and any required refund in accordance with applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong merchandise, or appears to have been lost during shipment, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at skullsquad@nuklehed.com.
Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing damaged merchandise or packaging.
We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.
8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are governed by the Nuklehed Return & Refund Policy posted on the Site.
Customers should review that policy before purchasing.
Unless otherwise required by law, merchandise must satisfy the conditions and time limits stated in our Return & Refund Policy to qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.
Items designated as final sale, customized, personalized, worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise identified as non-returnable may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law or where the merchandise was defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
If there is any conflict between this section and our posted Return & Refund Policy regarding the mechanics of a return, the Return & Refund Policy will control, subject to applicable law.
9. PROMOTIONAL CODES, SALES, AND SPECIAL OFFERS
Promotional codes, discounts, giveaways, contests, sales, and special offers may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:
- Have no cash value;
- Cannot be combined with other promotions;
- Cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases; and
- May be modified or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel promotional activity involving fraud, manipulation, abuse, or technical errors.
10. GIFT CARDS
If Nuklehed offers gift cards, their purchase and use may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its contents—including the Nuklehed name, logos, skull designs, artwork, apparel graphics, slogans, photographs, illustrations, product designs, text, graphics, videos, website design, and other brand elements—are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise used with permission by Nuklehed and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing on the Site grants you ownership or a license to use Nuklehed intellectual property except for ordinary personal use of the Site.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, manufacture, print, screen print, embroider, digitize, publish, display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Nuklehed artwork or other protected content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of Nuklehed designs is prohibited.
12. TRADEMARKS
Nuklehed names, logos, designs, slogans, product names, and related branding may constitute trademarks or other protected intellectual property.
You may not use Nuklehed branding in a manner that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or authorization without our prior written consent.
13. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
If you submit photographs, reviews, comments, testimonials, social-media content, artwork, ideas, or other materials to Nuklehed, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.
To the extent permitted by law, when you intentionally submit content to us for publication or promotional use, you grant Nuklehed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, and use that content in connection with our business and marketing.
This does not transfer ownership of your original content to Nuklehed.
You may contact us if you would like us to stop using user-submitted content in future marketing, although previously produced or distributed materials may not always be capable of being recalled.
14. SOCIAL MEDIA
Nuklehed may maintain accounts on third-party social-media platforms.
Those platforms operate independently from Nuklehed and have their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
Tagging Nuklehed, using a Nuklehed hashtag, or interacting with our social-media accounts does not automatically grant us ownership of your content.
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, social-media platforms, payment processors, shipping providers, or other services.
Nuklehed does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their applicable terms and policies.
16. PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how Nuklehed collects, uses, and protects personal information.

17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We try to keep the Site operating reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The Site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, security issues, updates, or circumstances outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Site when reasonably necessary.
18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
NUKLEHED DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY US, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PERMITTED BY LAW.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NUKLEHED AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS.
WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, NUKLEHED’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NUKLEHED FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuklehed and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
21. FRAUD AND UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITY
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized transactions.
Orders reasonably suspected of fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized resale, promotional abuse, or other unlawful activity may be delayed or canceled.
Where appropriate, Nuklehed may cooperate with payment providers, financial institutions, shipping carriers, or law-enforcement authorities.
22. AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make purchases through the Site.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the Site and make purchases only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
24. DISPUTES
Before filing a legal claim concerning a purchase or use of the Site, we encourage you to contact us so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms will be brought in the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Erie, NY, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, Site, products, policies, or legal requirements.
When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
26. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and Nuklehed concerning your use of the Site and purchases made through it.

OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Giveaway Sponsor
The Nuklehed Sweatshirt Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Strictly T’s Inc. OPERATING AS NUKLEHED SUPPLY CO., located at 5783 Camp Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075 (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, and individuals living in their households, are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on 10/11/26 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on 10/26/26 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
The Sponsor’s website submission records will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway:
Complete the official Giveaway entry form with your first name and valid email address.
Agree to these Official Rules.
Submit your entry during the Giveaway Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Giveaway Period.
No purchase, payment, or subscription to marketing emails is required to enter or win.
Following Nuklehed on Facebook or Instagram, liking posts, commenting, tagging friends, or sharing Giveaway content is encouraged but is not required and does not increase the chances of winning.
Participants may voluntarily subscribe to Nuklehed marketing emails through a separate, optional consent checkbox. Choosing not to subscribe will not affect entry eligibility or the odds of winning.
Multiple entries submitted by the same person, including through different email addresses, may be disqualified.
Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s reasonable discretion.
5. Giveaway Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Nuklehed sweatshirt of their choice from the eligible sweatshirt collection available at:

The winner may select one eligible sweatshirt style, size, and available color, subject to inventory availability at the time of prize fulfillment.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $70.
The prize includes standard shipping to an eligible address within the United States.
The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or another product.
If the selected sweatshirt is unavailable, the winner may choose another eligible sweatshirt of equal or lesser retail value. If no eligible sweatshirt is available, the Sponsor may provide a reasonably comparable replacement prize of equal or greater value.
Any applicable taxes or expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on or about 10/26/26.
Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The Sponsor will conduct the drawing in a fair and impartial manner.
7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address provided on the entry form.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the notification email to claim the prize.
The Sponsor may request confirmation of eligibility and a valid shipping address before awarding the prize.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.
This process may continue until an eligible winner is confirmed.
The Sponsor will never require a winner to make a purchase or provide payment to claim the prize.
8. Prize Delivery
After the winner has been verified and the sweatshirt selection confirmed, the Sponsor will arrange shipment to the winner’s eligible U.S. address.
The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to ship the prize within thirty (30) days after winner verification, subject to product availability and circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Sponsor is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information supplied by the winner or events outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
9. Marketing Communications and Privacy
Personal information collected through the Giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, fulfill the prize, and maintain records related to the promotion.
Participants may separately choose to receive promotional emails from Nuklehed, including product announcements, exclusive offers, future giveaways, and brand updates.
Marketing email consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.
Participants who subscribe may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in promotional emails.

10. Public Announcement of Winner
The Sponsor may announce the confirmed winner’s first name and, if voluntarily provided and separately authorized by the winner, additional identifying information or a photograph on its website, email newsletters, or social media channels.
The Sponsor will not publicly disclose the winner’s email address, shipping address, or other private contact information.
11. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries reasonably determined to involve fraud, manipulation, automated submission, or violations of these Official Rules.
If the Giveaway cannot operate as reasonably intended due to technical failures, unauthorized interference, fraud, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
If the Giveaway is terminated early, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination, provided that doing so is lawful and reasonably practicable.
The Sponsor will not change the Giveaway rules in a manner that unfairly disadvantages participants after entries have begun.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, or not received due to technical problems, internet interruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
13. Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Nuklehed Supply Co., not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
To the extent permitted by law, participants release Facebook and Instagram from claims or liability arising from this Giveaway.
14. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to participants under the laws of their state of residence.
